Clinic Director / Pilates / Personal Trainer
Bachelor degree of Physical Education in Korea University. Her mission for the program is to provide members with the most effective and therapeutic exercise program to enable them to live life to the fullest.
Exercise is a natural remedy. She developed a passion for exercise therapy through a diverse range of experiences: as a professional athlete, as a physical education teacher for both special needs students in elementary and gifted students in high school, and during her recoveries from various physical injuries such as an ACL tear, Achilles tendon transplant surgery, and severe disc herniation. Through exercise therapy, incorporating Pilates, resistance training, and corrective functional movement, she triumphed over these injuries. She can empathize with the difficulties of regaining one's footing, especially after being in good shape or recovering from an injury or major life changes. With effective guidance, she truly believes that training can heal, nurture, and fortify your mind, body, and spirit, enabling you to operate at an optimal level in life.
